What happens to your data here.
In short, no jargon: what you tell us stays between us. Below, you’ll find what we keep, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do at any time.

01 — What we keep
Only what you need to tell us.
When you contact us, we keep your name, contact details, and message. In therapy, we note only what’s necessary for continuity: the pace of your sessions, the themes you’re working on, and the changes we track together.
02 — How we use it
For support, and nothing else.
We use your information only to respond to you, establish a framework, and support your process. We don’t sell or rent it, or use it for advertising or profiling.
03 — Session confidentiality
What you share in the therapy room stays in the therapy room.
What you share in our sessions is confidential. We’ll disclose it to someone else only with your clear consent or if the law requires us to protect your life or someone else’s. We’ll be open with you if such a situation arises.
04 — How long we keep it
Just a little, and only what’s needed.
We keep contact messages for as long as our conversation continues, then delete them upon request. We keep clinical notes in accordance with professional obligations, in a secure space with strictly limited access.
05 — Your rights
You can ask questions, make corrections, or withdraw your consent.
You have the right to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete your contact details, and withdraw your consent at any time without explaining your decision. We’ll respond thoughtfully and promptly.
06 — Get in touch
If something concerns you, just ask.
To request access, deletion, or clarification, use the contact page and mention that your request concerns your personal data. We read every message carefully and respond personally.
